Welcome to Feature Friday, where I’ll introduce you every week to a Roadpreneur building a business that lets them explore more often. Through these stories, you’ll gain sparks of inspiration that can be woven into your journey.

It’s odd, but I know Roadpreneurs will get it — some of the best people I know, I’ve never met face-to-face. At least not yet. Two of those people are Angela Greaser and Melissa Camilleri, co-founders of Stand for the And and The Prosper Network.

I wanted to feature these extraordinary women today because they’re hosting a FREE virtual business-building event next week. If you’ve ever been to one of their virtual events, you know they’re not to be missed.

Read their backstory below, and you’ll see why April 30 - May 2 will be days you’ll want to block off your calendar. Over these three days, you’ll hear their brilliant minds share ideas for your business strategy, connection, and expansion opportunities. When you’re done, you’ll walk away with a clear plan of how you can:

  • Fill a pipeline of the right-fit clients

  • Launch your podcast to immediate positive, thoughtful reviews

  • Release your book and sell hundreds of copies on day one

  • Cultivate an organic referral engine so you can grow while you do what you love personally and professionally

  • Discover new partnership opportunities that align with your core values

  • Release new products with the wind in your sails of other voices amplifying your offers

And so much more.

Having worked alongside these women in multiple capacities, I can say without hesitation that both Angela and Melissa are impressively generous, enthusiastic about supporting others, and filled with a Roadpreneurial passion for equipping others to live a life well lived outside of traditional work norms!

I can’t wait for you to read their story today and see you at the virtual event next week!

What is your name, and what do you do?

We’re Angela Greaser & Melissa Camilleri, co-founders of Stand for the AND Education Company and The Prosper Network. We help business owners amplify their impact and income worldwide with scalable group programs, courses, and events. We’re also homeschool moms, married to our respective best friends (who happen to share a birthday!), and active members of our communities and churches.

How do you seek adventure on the open road?

Whether it’s exploring the wilderness of Northern Maine or basking in the majesty of Lake Tahoe, we both are passionate about experiencing life to the fullest with our families, no matter where the road takes us. We’ve created multiple businesses and streams of income that allow us the freedom and finances to hit the road when it calls us!

What inspired you to start this business?

We are both former teachers who felt stifled by the educational system's limitations on us personally and professionally. Even though we were on opposite sides of the country, we both found our way to leave our teaching careers and build lives and businesses we loved.

What do you like most about your business?

THE PEOPLE. We absolutely LOVE the community we’ve built and the business owners we work with daily. It gives us life to see the connections they form, the progress they make, and the lives they change.

What’s going through your audience’s mind when they ask you for help?

“There has to be a better way to build my business!”

“I’m exhausted after years of trading time for money and feeling frustrated and isolated.”

How have you designed your business to run while you roam?

Our offers are scalable, one-to-many offers that run on smart systems. We intentionally designed our offers around our lives instead of squeezing in life around our business. Communication and systems are absolutely key!

What challenges have you faced by running a business from the road?

Our biggest challenge has been internet outages! At times, we’ve both struggled with unexpectedly being disconnected from the internet, and it always causes a bit of panic! Luckily, we’ve created systems and backup systems for our systems, so we’re able to get back on track pretty quickly.

If you had to start over again, what would you do differently?

This is hard to answer because even our mistakes have helped shape our business today! But if we could do it all over, we probably would have started The Prosper Network earlier.

What’s the biggest compliment you’ve ever received?

The biggest compliment we’ve received during our work with Stand for the AND is that we’ve quite literally changed our clients' lives. We hear this time and time again because the work we do is NOT one-size-fits-all. We can get real results because we’re so deeply vested in their success.

What are you getting excited about right now?

We are SO excited to be leading The Prosper Network, a business network like no other that helps women build their businesses with generosity, reciprocity, and expansion. We looked for years to find a networking space aligned with our core values, and when we couldn’t find it, we finally decided to build it ourselves.

Along with our partner, former Executive Producer of The Oprah Show and world-renowned thought leader, Sheri Salata, we’ve created a global network of like-hearted professionals who want to grow professionally and personally by developing new, deep, reciprocal relationships.

Women opening doors for other women will quite literally change the world for good. We’ve seen this over and over in our own lives and can’t keep it to ourselves!

Where can we connect with you?
